Your Job Coach - How did it start?
I have found my way into the HR department in 2000. Since then, I was often asked how I choose the best-fit candidates in the application process, and how can an applicant protrude positively in the flood of applications? What are the future leader's particular values when deciding to hire a new employee?
I have been dealing with staff challenges of medium-sized and large manufacturing companies for more than 20 years. Since then, the recruiting of specialists and managers, design of processes, and the preparation and implementation of projects (change management) have been part of my daily professional practice.
Many years of experience from various industries (such as energy, automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, and IT services) lead me to provide my customers with the best possible advice.
In 2013 I lived, worked, and learned English for more than a year in Canada.
Leaving my home country and being the "foreigner" made me grow personally and made me understand the challenges you can face as a foreigner.
My goal has always been to become the "perfect" employee in HR. Today I understand that I will never achieve this goal. There is still something new to learn!

For more than 20 years, I have been working full-time in HR of large and well-known companies/groups.
The recruiting of specialists and executives, was an integral part of my work over the entire period, along with many other topics and projects. I was able to get to know and experience many different industries.
I would like to offer my customers the full range of support and communication of this knowledge and experience.
Since 2006 I have been supporting amazing people and companies with my seminars and job coaching offers.
