Every job coaching is individual. I try to adapt to your situation and needs thoroughly.

First, we get to know each other to build a trust base. It's kind of an interview, to find out who we are and what you need. 

Then we focus and analyze your topics and needs. By using different coaching methods, we prioritize and structure all issues, so that no matter is lost.

Usually, I meet my customers in public. A lovely quiet cafe or a hotel with a cozy lobby is perfect.

For particular topics, I offer a seminar room in Cologne or Bonn, where you can work in quiet.

This way, I can keep the costs for my customers as low as possible.

I generally offer to meet my customers in many German cities, while my home base is Bonn and Cologne.

Of course, it's also possible to meet online.

The first session usually lasts two hours (120 minutes). Many clients consider these two hours to be a great success and a big step in the right direction.

The answer is relatively simple - I will support you as long as you need to be successful with your job search.

Quite often, one single appointment is enough to be successful. Clients often stop reporting back to me for weeks or months - until they are ready or able to continue to work on themselves constructively.

I wish I could!

Everyone is different and so are the individual needs. I would be lying if I would promise you 100 % success. What I can promise you is that I will use all my knowledge and energy to help you.

My fee is based on TIME. I would like to reward those who actively participate and implement as quickly as possible what we agree on (for example in application coaching). Most of the time, the most important points are already implemented after 2-4 hours of joint work.

I am aware that my fee is a lot of money for many people. Especially when someone is unemployed and has a family.

Experience has shown, however, that a client who has to pay a certain amount for an hour of job coaching is far more effective, reliable and motivated.

Over 20 years of experience and a large number of great success stories from former clients confirm that your money is very well invested in job coaching. 

Additionally, my invoice is deductible from the annual income tax!

Personal development is very important. Fortunately, everyone is different. There are often cultural differences among foreign clients.

Having an objective and independent third party look at your personal (difficult) situation can be extremely helpful in making the right decision.

Job Coaching can help in many difficult situations.

The first fee is usually payable in cash after the job coaching session. After a consultation (especially online training), I also offer payment on account or transfer.

The seminar fees are usually payable upfront.

A = We meet Tuesdays at 6:30 pm

Q: How many people will be attending?

A = Mostly between 4 - 8 people

Q:  How much is one class?

A = 10 Euro per evening (discounts avalable), 

      payment after the event

Q: What information will be given?

A = Each event will have a diffrent job related topic.
My topics also depend on my clients whises.

Q: Do I need to join every Tuesday?

A = Yes and No. If you join frequently, you will improve  your knowledge faster.
